My friend and fellow actress Meggie Jenny was wanting to start producing her own Christian Films , and a Web Series through her start up company called Crown Flix, I had a story idea rolling around in my head, I called her up and gave her some of the details, a few production meetings later we wrote the script.
Time was limited for filming. The entire film was filmed in just three days . Filming took place in the Carthage Missouri area , all of the talent with the exception of the Director, Director of Photography, Editor and myself are from that area.
As with all projects it was a learning experience, there are a few things I will definitely do different next time, but for the most part it was an amazing experience and God had his hands upon it as everything fell right into place.
The Premiere is coming up October 11 th and then it will hit a few film festivals.
I have a project filming the end of this month that I will be traveling out of state for , I have not been authorized to release the name of that film yet, and I also will be playing the role of Beatrice in the film MICHAELA filming in the St. Louis area around the end of November. Things are moving along pretty quickly as my manager at Treasure Coast Talent Jean Wenger is working very hard on my behalf everyday.
